Dr. Mustafa a clinician and academic, earned his Doctorate in Clinical Orthodontics from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom (DClinDent Ortho). He completed his three years residency program in the United Kingdom at the Chesterfield Royal Hospital and the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital. He was then awarded the Specialty Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MOrthRCSEd), and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (IMOrthRCPS)
In addition to his multifaceted educational background in orthodontic care, Dr. Mustafa has gained extensive exposure in his line of work, influenced by different schools from several countries. Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and recently in Abu Dhabi has enriched him with unique interpersonal skills putting his patients at ease and the ability to deliver quality patient care. Dr. Mustafa aims to employ modern orthodontic techniques which are used to ensure the duration of orthodontic treatment is kept to a minimum, while ensuring a high quality result. His interest in academia allowed him to author several articles in some of the most recognized peer reviewed journals
